About Elizabeth Proctor
While Elizabeth Proctor was in prison, she gave birth to her son John on January 27th, 1693. Elizabeth Proctor was freed along with 153 other people. According to Wikipedia "She could not regain dowry because legally she no longer existed" (1). The Salem court gave Elizabeth her dowry because, her potato farm burned down. She got married a second time to Daniel Richards in Lynn, Massachusetts on September 22nd, 1699. A written apology from the court was given on March 18th, 1702. Elizabeth Proctor's death is unknown.
